1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) and dispatched the next working day.
- Dispatch confirmation is sent once your order leaves our facility.
- All orders are subject to verification for compliance with our Research Use Only (RUO) policy before dispatch.
2. Delivery Options & Cost
- Free UK Delivery — included on every order at no cost. Dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with full end-to-end tracking, and typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) — available at checkout for £4.99. Dispatched next working day with priority handling and delivery aimed at the next working day.
3. Delivery Estimates
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express): aim for next working day delivery.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Free): typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
- All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs inspections, or external events (severe weather, strikes).
4. Risk & Ownership
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
- Ownership transfers only when full payment is received.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to UK addresses appropriate for receipt and storage of laboratory research materials.
- Certain locations or address types may be restricted where safe delivery, traceability, or regulatory compliance cannot be assured.
- Orders may be subject to review or verification prior to dispatch.
- We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that does not meet our internal compliance requirements or that conflicts with UK regulations.
- Delivery to a residential or commercial address does not confirm that the purchaser is authorised to use RUO materials beyond legitimate laboratory research.
6. Damaged or Missing Goods
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Include photographs and full order details.
- Claims received after this period may not be accepted. Please see our Refund Policy for the evidence required.
7. International Shipping
- We currently offer UK shipping only and do not offer international shipping.
- Export of RUO materials is restricted and only available under pre-approved research contracts and compliance verification.
