1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) and dispatched the next working day.
Dispatch confirmation is sent once your order leaves our facility.
All orders are subject to verification for compliance with our Research Use Only (RUO) policy before dispatch.

Shipping method: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (fully tracked UK delivery).
Free UK shipping on all orders over £99.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout for orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: aim for next working day delivery.
All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs inspections, or external events (severe weather, strikes).

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Ownership transfers only when full payment is received.

We ship to UK addresses appropriate for receipt and storage of laboratory research materials.
Certain locations or address types may be restricted where safe delivery, traceability, or regulatory compliance cannot be assured.
Orders may be subject to review or verification prior to dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that does not meet our internal compliance requirements or that conflicts with UK regulations.
Delivery to a residential or commercial address does not confirm that the purchaser is authorised to use RUO materials beyond legitimate laboratory research.

Include photographs and full order details.
Claims received after this period may not be accepted. Please see our Refund Policy for the evidence required.

We currently offer UK shipping only and do not offer international shipping.
Export of RUO materials is restricted and only available under pre-approved research contracts and compliance verification.
