Refund & Returns Policy

1. Research Use Only (RUO) Classification
All products supplied by United Peptides are classified as Research Use Only (RUO) laboratory materials:
- Not for human or animal consumption.
- Not for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary purposes.
- For controlled laboratory research settings only.
- Misuse is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
2. No Returns Policy
Due to the specialist and perishable nature of research materials, and in accordance with exemptions under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, we do not accept returns once a product has been dispatched.
No returns are accepted even if:
- The product is no longer required.
- The product was ordered in error.
- You decide you no longer need the item.
Once a package leaves our facility, it cannot re-enter the supply chain for safety and compliance reasons.
3. Refunds
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Unwanted products.
- Incorrectly ordered products.
- Orders placed by mistake.
- Orders refused upon delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Notification window: Within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Required evidence:
- Minimum of 3 clear photographs of the issue.
- Original packaging with the shipping label clearly visible in the images.
- Photographs of outer packaging, internal packaging, and affected items.
- Order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
Separate photographs of the shipping label alone may not be accepted.
Important notes:
- Retain all original packaging until the claim is fully reviewed.
- Images may be reviewed using image verification and metadata analysis tools (fraud prevention).
- Claims without sufficient evidence may be delayed or declined.
Possible outcomes after review:
- Replacement product.
- Partial or full refund.
- Claim declined (if evidence is insufficient or inconsistent).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue results from an error on our part.
4. Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are only possible before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed — the No Returns Policy applies.
5. Buyer Responsibility
Purchasers accept responsibility for:
- Safe storage and handling.
- Correct laboratory use.
- Compliance with all applicable UK laws and institutional standards.
- Ensuring product suitability for their research needs.
United Peptides accepts no liability for misuse, improper handling, or unlawful application of research materials.
