Orders & Delivery
How fast is delivery?
Free UK delivery is included on every order, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with delivery typically within 3–5 working days. If you need it sooner, express Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout for £4.99, aimed at next working day delivery. Orders are processed within one business day and dispatched the next working day, with tracking details sent on dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Research materials are dispatched exclusively within the UK, and we do not offer international shipping. Export of research-use materials is restricted and only available under pre-approved research contracts and compliance verification.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as possible and we will make the change or cancel it before it leaves the facility. Once a parcel has been dispatched, the amendment or cancellation window has closed.
Products & Quality
Is a Certificate of Analysis included?
Yes. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) containing analytical testing data and purity verification are available for all products. Request one by email and we will send the documentation matching the batch number on your vial.
What purity are the peptides?
All peptides are ≥98% purity, verified by independent third-party HPLC analysis. Testing also covers identity confirmation, heavy metal screening and endotoxin analysis, so you can see the specification for the exact batch you receive rather than a generic figure.
How should peptides be stored?
Products arrive as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed, sterile vials. Store them dry and cold — ideally refrigerated, protected from light and moisture — and keep the vial sealed until you are ready to work with it. Once reconstituted, follow the storage guidance in your protocol and handle with standard laboratory precautions. Guidance specific to your compound is available on request.
Can you supply bulk quantities for research?
Yes. We regularly work with laboratories ordering multiple vials or a wider compound list for an ongoing project. Email us the compounds, quantities and timescales and we will come back with pricing and availability. Tiered volume pricing already applies on larger quantities at checkout.
Usage & Compliance
Are these products for human use?
No. All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only (RUO) and are not intended for human or veterinary use. They are not for cosmetic, therapeutic or diagnostic application. By ordering, you confirm the materials will be used solely for legitimate laboratory research.
Do I need to be 21 or over?
Yes. You must be at least 21 years old, UK-based, and purchasing solely for scientific research. Orders are subject to verification for compliance with our Research Use Only policy before dispatch, and we may request supporting information where we need to confirm eligibility.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Due to the perishable nature of research materials, we do not accept returns once an order is dispatched. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographs and your order details, and we will review it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
