We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday — enquiries received over the weekend are picked up on the next working day.
To help us answer quickly, please include your order number for anything order-related, or the product name and batch number for technical and documentation queries. It means we can pull up your record and come back to you with specifics rather than a generic reply.

Most order questions are answered same-day. If your parcel is in transit with Royal Mail, your tracking link is the quickest way to see its current position, though we are always happy to follow it up on your behalf.
